Long, tedious, tiring process 1. With HR 2. 45 mins long with a team member. One technical SQL question and rest resume review questions 3. Take home test that will most certainly take at least one whole day. You have to test one of their web app and document all the bugs and answer questions 4. One day almost 2.5 hours long interview divided into three rounds. First - take home reviews. One of the interviewer was extremely rude and doubted my ability to test without even getting to know me. Second - live coding interview + sql. If you are a robot and memorized top 20 coding questions, you will be fine. Third- product manager interview about agile and some behavioral stuffs 5. After all that they asked me to do one more round when a QA engineer from a different team. Again some basic conversational questions. It went well. Whole process took almost over a month. Then they rejected citing that I didn’t get one coding exercise right during 4th round. Then why would you schedule 5th round to waste my time? This is the problem with all these companies who think of themselves as next FAANG. They just waste people’s time in the name of perfection. It’s an insurance company. No one likes dealing with insurance. Don’t make the mistake as I did and save your time. HR was very nice.
