Initial phone call screen with the recruiter Second stage Technical interview on Java, databases and Spring Boot Final interview stage with the hiring team based on culture fit, leadership skills and general technical knowledge. The interview was very easy and went really well. Was told will hear back the following day but never heard back. Was Ghosted even after reaching out to the recruiter to get some feedback, just no response. Would be nice to hear a Yes or No. A rejection with feedback is better than no response at all.
