Went well, good relevant questions and fair approach with usually two interviewers in relevant positions. Expected to answer relevant work based questions on experience and industry as well as complete a short and informal micro teach on functional skills. They like to hear about inventive approaches and are keen on those with solid functional skills teaching capabilities.

Telephone interview, shadowing a staff member and 1-1 interview with presentation. The telephone interview was conducted in a professional manner and took place at the scheduled time. I also was able to go out and shadow a member of the staff team so that I could get a good idea about how other staff members are working and the sorts of things that they are expected to do. I was given ample time to prepare for my 1-1 interview and was very welcomed and felt really relaxed.
