Did a screen and then interview with one of the Co-Founders before they put pause on the role and claimed they didn’t know what they wanted and would be considering hiring someone more junior. All in all, a bizzare process to get a senior recruitment executive to be reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn to change your mind. Company felt like a scam and recruitment process even more ridiculous
