This was the fourth job I had interviewed with Hawke for and nobody from any of the previous three ever got back to me so I was pretty skeptical when I had a phone interview for this position. I actually heard back this time that they weren't moving ahead with my application due to lack of experience when the job description asked for a minimum of 1 year and I had 4. Never received any more clarity. Hawke's recruiting department really comes off as one of those standard, hip and diverse agencies thats really just filled with people who come off as friendly when you meet them but will really just treat you like garbage unless you're getting the job.
