It was really weird. There were two phone interviews, then a personality test that they seem to take a lot of stock into. Huge red flag. I was also asked multiple times about my GPA: I've been out of college for about 6 years now, so that was weird. I understand that they're looking for the best and brightest, but that's more of a question you ask a recent college grad. Then they asked me if I was comfortable with travel; of course, that was a huge selling point for me. Overall, the questions were easy, it was just weird.
