There was a phone conversation and two interviews at Hawks. If you are interviewing during the green season, keep calling until you get a response. In the landscape industry, it is so busy that no response might be just because there are so many things on the hiring agents plate. persistence is key.

Pretty basic stuff. They asked me to bring in some of my past work. There were questions about the industry and plant material to make sure i knew my stuff. Pretty casual interview environment.
