After applying on Indeed, I received an email for a phone screening. This led to an in-person interview conducted with HR and the department team in their boardroom. The interview was formally structured, with prepared questions. The team was nice and pretty thoughtful with the process. Had a hunch I was put in the ring towards the end of the review process for hiring. No communication after interview.
