The person conducting the interview was very pessimistic, he say really off putting things such as " there will be no joy in this job" . In addition I was told that moving into the third quarter the sales where only at 20% of what was projected and if I was to get this job it would be expected that I make up and exceed the projections for the year by the end of Q3. Mid you, this was a technical services position, not in sales.
