First round were with HR & He will ask basic question then major round is technical with Head of Marketing
After crack the technical round ,final round with Plant Head & then again salary negtiation with HR department.
**Note** Salary range is extremely poor in Marion wheels ,HR will reject if you not agree with cut in salary, unless you are techincally sound & you were selected by higher management.
