They called me and asked me for an interview. The date was set, but she needed to confirm. I still had not heard from her the day of so sent an email and received a confirmation. The interview was 1.5 hours long and much of the conversation was irrelevant to the position. They followed up with a second interview. I was on time, but waited in a room for a 1/2 hour before 1 person came to interview me. After about a half hour someone else came in to join. Repeat questions and answers were given. The first person was taking calls during the interview and left the room and returned a couple of times. They did not respect my time nor did it appear that they had an interview plan. I followed up after 2 weeks. Received a response they were finishing up interviews and I should hear "next week". I never did receive a call or email saying that I did not get the position. Very unprofessional.
