1. Screening call with a recruiter/HR (30 minutes): Focused on understanding my motivation for applying, reviewing my background, and discussing salary expectations. 2. Interview with the team manager (1 hour): Covered previous experience, technical competencies, and behavioral aspects. 3. Interview with the CTO and team members (1 hour): Focused on Azure-related experience, technical scenarios, and ways of working. I was very happy with the entire interview process. It was well-planned, straightforward, and transparent. Despite the holiday season, everything was scheduled and completed within two weeks. All the Haypp team members I interacted with were highly professional and respectful throughout.
