4 stages - I have got through 3 of them and have the final one today. Very challenging but possible if you do your research. Understand the role of a recruitment consultant and the company ethos and values. Each stage is necessary and you learn so much from each one. Even if I don't get through, I will be happy to have had such valuable interview experience with such lovely and professional people.

Colloquio
1st stage: 1:1 with Talent Acquisition - teams or in person. Includes a role play scenario - phone call to business/potential client.
2nd stage: Group interview - made up of three tasks. 1st - 60 second pitch on a random statement e.g. cats are better than dogs. 2nd - mock phone call to client, random scenario given. 3rd - pick a CV, pitch it to client in mock face to face meeting.
3rd stage: 1 on 1 interview.
Teams interview with a senior consultant then a second teams interview which was an assessment centre day which lasted two hours. Long and drawn out. Tested character personality and confidence.
within 30 mins, it was a video interview on teams with a very experienced recruiter. Would ask questions based on your cv experiences, especially if ur degree is not related u should give a good reason of why u want to work as a recruitment consultant

asking about why applying for the role, how do u understand this, what do you think a recruitment consultant will do in a day and how could you sell a job, sell a candidate or why a company should use professional recruitment firms
