The recruitment process was very slow. They kept delaying the results and every email exchange took days. It became very difficult as half the time you are just playing the waiting game and no guarantee when you will hear back for your next step.

First there was a phone call screening which asked generic questions about my skills and experience, then there was a assessment centre which consisted of ice breaker, team task and 2 truths and 1 lie about yourself. If successful with assessment centre, get called back for a 1 to 1 interview.

Group interview - then one on one with various managers from different teams.
group setting laid back and fun, then more intense when with management. Got a tour of the building and teams at the end which was nice to see.
