Colloquio
1. HR calls you over phone and fix meeting time with every detail
2. Usually 1-2 technical Interview(I know about their technology job only)
3. A little conversation with HR person(Gives you introduction of company, history and all that stuff which was really boring for me as I was there for technology job)
4. You get a confirmation over phone and email(this will be a moment of felicity for you)

two written test one apt and other written technical,then face to face interview with manager and final call from hr when whole process is done ,then they ask for certificates for verification
