Received preliminary phone call because I was concerned that salary was not listed.HeadKount said $22, at which point I decided not to go further bc it is less than what I am currently making. Headkount offered $25 /hr to keep the phone interview so I did. On the phone interview I felt more prepared than the person interviewing me, I had questions about hours, market placement, brand longevity with Headkount, employee retention, and all were met with anecdotal answers based on memory, no concrete answers.

I had an interview with Karen, but unfortunately, it felt very dismissive. She provided very little detail about the role, seemed disinterested in what I had to say, and rushed through the entire process. It was really disheartening because I genuinely believed that my experience with Sephora and Lancôme, along with my open availability, would make me a strong candidate for the next round. I’m feeling pretty discouraged.
