The process took about 5 weeks, most likely due to the holidays. I met with 8 people total and did not receive an offer. Interview times were communicated clearly and I really enjoyed talking to the team, however, I found that meeting with 8 people was excessive. I met with 7 of them prior to the holidays and met with the VP of Finance after the holidays, one month later. I think Headspace is a great company, but interviews can be condensed into 4 concise rounds for this type of position.
