Introduction to company, very casual conversation, discussion about what I'm looking for in a career and what they offer in a job as a contractor. Spoke w/ a recruiter via Zoom. Explained that I meet w/ a manager once a year and must work a minimum of 5hrs.

Not really. Couldn't answer questions that I had about the position. Didn't ask me much except can you work minimum number of hours, etc. I'm really unclear what the position is (contract) and what it will look like, etc.
