Brief back and forth with a recruiter and then a take home short coding test was given. I was given the coding test and completed with high confidence. After they received it I was not able to talk through any of the answers or how I solved them. I was told I did not do them correctly based on requirements and there were some things that I missed. Not the best experience considering I was never able to talk to or explain my thinking on any of the questions that I answered. From my standpoint it was easy sql that didn't take me long to complete so where I missed is a mystery.
