Last year for one position I had SEVEN rounds of interviews and two of those were panel. After that lesson I asked recruiters how many rounds and if it's more than three. I remove my application.
I can't be bothered with a long interview process. Either you want me or you don't.
2 interviews followed by cultural fitment round discussion. Easy interviews. simple and straight questions and nothing newly asked. They are not clear on the openings. It is a decent company.

Peer panel by campus and by specialty. Had several different rounds by different leaders. Was an awesome time. Was very challenging. But enjoyed myself with the overall process. Asked very specific questions.
