Interview process was comfortable, genuine, and open. I felt the interviewers were informed on the agency, but I was not intimidated during the interview like I have been previously. Be yourself, be confident, bring your resume (even if they already have a copy - this is basic professionalism). Ask questions about the potential schedule, caseload size, work environment, leadership, employee retention, client populations/locations, etc.
