Two step process. Initial phone interview with HR with general behavioral questions. Second longer phone interview with two people in marketing department with more specific marketing questions. It was pretty quick and since I was not based in NYC they didn't ask me to come in. This was convenient for me, but of course it would have been nice to meet them in person.
