They were very thorough with their process because they want the best. They know what they're going for and want people that fit into their ideology. That being said, the whole entire atmosphere was very laid back. They had a gym in their office, their CEO was making the coffee, and the daily standup they had me participate in really emphasized the team atmosphere that they had there. Everyone was excited with the goal that they were going for.
