Tell me about a time when you had to work to a deadline.
-Interview was online with a panel of 2 interviewers. -Questions seemed like they were psychometric questions where you're given a score, rather than questions based on experience and qualities relevant to the role. They didn't want to know about you personally or your experience, just whether you fit their person specification. -Questions based on the civil service Strengths and Behaviours.

Hiring process fair and interviewers were supportive . Interview was held with a panel of 3 senior members of staff. Interview geared towards people with more research experience. Overall positive learning experience.
