The process started with an online test. ~2 weeks after the test I was invited to interview. At the interview I had to give a presentation based on data they sent me one week prior. Then they asked the typical interview questions about why I wanted the job, my qualifications, etc.

I submitted an online application and got an email inviting me to an interview around a week later. The interview was 4 days after I received the invitation. I could choose a time slot for my interview. The interview was a short test based on a table of data. I was asked a few questions about the table, some basic statistics questions, and a question about spreadsheets and databases. They then asked me a few questions about myself before going over the details of the job and answering questions I had. They were really friendly, but the interviews were running over by half an hour. I received a call to give me feedback and to let me know I wasn't successful the same day.
