Interviews are typically done through the TEAMS App. Serious of three interviews a prescreening, a manager interview and then a team interview. I would say read the companies career page to learn a bit about the company because they will ask if you know what they actually do. Read the Job Description for the position you are applying for. Set up a virtual background either conservative or that plays to your interests... a messy room behind you or walls etc. that may need repair is not the best back drop to promote a professional presence.
