Initial recruiter screening lasted less than 10 minutes before we ended the conversation. I was asked the typical "what do you do in your current role" and "why are you looking to leave". Then the dreaded salary requirements question came up. I usually don't give a number, but this time I gave a range. I then asked for the compensation budget for this role and I was told she couldn't tell me. This is the first time in my life a company refused to provide a salary range when asked. Shady business practices and you bet I won't ever consider applying here again. Stay away from this place.
