Super informal, over zoom, just talk about how you have grit and perseverance and love talking and helping people. I only had one formal interview and before that was a group zoom call.

Interview was smooth and they did not require to be in person at least in the first interview. After that, the second interview was in person and I got my offer on the table.

Interview was great. It was more like a conversation. Interviewer was very friendly and I was very relaxed. He gave great insight into the company and other programs that they have.
