Originally it was described as a "panel" interview, where it would be a few supervisors and a few people. Then they were understaffed on the day of the interview so it became a group interview. Of the 6 people in the room, we each got to speak for less than 5 minutes. The "interview" was an hour long and it was basically just the supervisor talking. Then he left the room and the HR staff came in and informed us that we were all hired. We signed the offer letters and the non-disclosure forms together and then they gave us the req # to go and take our drug test.
