There was no interview, anybody with a mouth and two legs can join. You make an appointment , show up and whatever your background is you will be hired. The initial higher base while training does last a short period of time. After that you are on your own.
Recruiter gives an assessment online that examines your personality traits, then calls for a quick 15 min interview. We discussed how many years of relevant experience I've had, as well as licenses. Then schedules interview with the manager.
