I had to fill out a sheet of info that was basically my resume, but I had to include the days I could work, and if I wanted to be part-time or full-time. I was then taken to a room with the interviewer and was asked why I wanted the job there. I explained and then they pretty much just broke down a typical workday, how they do things, and what I would be doing. I was given an opportunity to ask questions as well. They were nice and I felt comfortable.
