I had to submit 3 "auditions" of 3 different group exercises classes (strength, HIIT, and yoga) a few minutes each to show I had experience teaching classes. Then I had one phone interview and one skype interview. Since the company is based in MN and they have contracts in different states, they do a lot of phone interviews and will hire without meeting the interviewee. First phone interview was more of a get to know you and your background. Second skype interview was much more detailed and they asked specific questions to how you would handle certain situations.
