The manager gave me two sheets of paper with test questions on them to see where my level of experience was at. I had questions regarding laboratory testing from what I can remember. The other questions weren’t really too bad. They were Clinic related things you would learn at school or at your externship.

Applied online through Job Finder website, received a call about a week or two after I applied asking if I could come to HQ for initial interview on a Monday. First interview was with head of HR and the clinic manager for the clinic I was applying to. That was a great interview, great people good feedback from both our ends. I then took an assessment on the computer downstairs. I was advised that I would be called in for a peer interview with in the week. I received a call and appt for said peer interview at the clinic I applied for. I went in and was interviewed by several of the staff members which went well and everyone was so kind and gave good feedback. After that, I received a call less then a week later offering me the position within the company. Altogether, the process after initial interview took about $ business days. It was a very positive experience with very nice people.
