I had two interviews and a PowerPoint deck I had to make. They then brought me in and didn’t tell me they wanted to role play and only told me afterwards. It was horrible and so unprofessional.

They asked me to present my slide deck. What they didn’t say was that they were role playing and wanted me to run the meeting. They didn’t even introduce themselves.
