I had a phone interview with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager and interview with a couple of potential colleagues. My experiences matched up well and actually exceeded the role expectations. My connections in the local market with plan providers, health systems and CBOs would have made the role a seamless fit. Never heard back after the round of interviews. Closure and follow up would have been helpful.

The interview process was long, but thorough. I had an initial call with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then a case interview and then several other interviews with members of other teams. I was able to get a good understanding of the role, how it interfaces with other departments and the general company culture. While arduous, it was worth it!
