I had a phone interview with someone from their recruiting team. She was completely robotic; she asked me a series of questions, I answered thoughtfully, and she said "Okay?" in exactly the same tone every time.

She asked me questions about my experience and also aggressively pushed me to give a salary requirement. When I said I was flexible and asked what their range was, she claimed they didn't have a range in mind but wanted to know what I was looking for in a salary.
