There were three rounds of interview, one with HR, application round and then with Director. I would say process was pretty straight forward. They were reachable at all times and easy to communicate with.

Went through one phone interview, a skills assessment, and an in person interview. The phone interview was more about getting to know me, my background and skills. The skills assessment asked for samples of previous work, focusing on: project management, Excel modeling, PowerPoint. After they deem that you have the base skills required, you will be called in for an in-person interview with the manager/director that you would be working under. They asked questions that dove into specifics related to my resume as well as general fit questions. This all happened within the span of a couple weeks, with me getting an offer a few days after my final interview.
