I applied once and my application was not selected. I applied a second time two months later and within a few days I received an email regarding a 30 minute phone interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Phone interview went really well and was offered another position and at the end of the phone call I was offered a second interview, which was a video interview. After both interviews, I followed up with the talent acquisition specialist to see what my hiring status was and unfortunately at the time there was no position available for the location I applied for, but my status was still in "process" and I was still considered as a candidate. Two weeks later, unexpectedly, I received an email and phone call from another talent acquisition specialist regarding a third in-person interview. Same day of the in-person interview I received an offer and I am now happily working at Healthy Spot! The interview process is different from any other job interview. Very easy. They do a phone interview right away, which takes about 40 minutes. They ask about your prior experience with dogs and also about your previous jobs. Then if you pass that, you get an in person interview with the manager of whatever store you applied to. This interview is more about just you as a person. There were a lot of questions about life in high school and college.
