they got my resume off indeed schedule an interview but before I could come in for an interview I had to do a personality test they had to run a background check and they had to run all of my references which took about a week then after that I came in for a one on one interview then after I passed out interview I had to come in for another one on one interview then after I passed I had to wait about a week and I got offered the job
