Several phones and Skype calls conducted the interview, and one to one meetings with the senior management to ensure the best fit for both the company and job applicant.

Went through an online employment agency. Received a call from the HR for an over the phone short interview. Next, received an email to attend an interview and subsequently another interview at JB office. Everything took about 2 weeks.

Phone call discussion with HR, followed by in-house interview with manager, followed by a meeting with the business owner. The first two interviews were informal whilst the one with the business owner was more of an assessment of your fit in the company.
