Interview with the hiring manager, panel with colleagues, onsite with more colleagues and higher-ups. Communication is not their strong suit as others have noted so you will be waiting a bit to hear any decisions. When it comes to rejection expect an email template where they just plug in your name. On a positive note, I didn't get ghosted as others have mentioned so I guess that could be considered progress.
