Initial interview. Make you do a test that determines nothing. You’ll get another interview if you pass the test. They will take a while to then extend an offer

Phone interview, then go to a location and write a stupid personality test and if your results are acceptable then an actual interview with a hiring manager where they push how great the company is and the amazing bonuses you *could* earn (without mentioning the actual amount) and the *great* benefits package (although they don't mention HOW expensive it is and that you basically pay for the whole package your self)
