Very formal with 3 Sales Managers, selling position with realistic 1st year earnings of 70-85 k. All presented "hypothetical" scenarios for big commissions to make up for poor base pay. I was told directly that if you didn't make commision you would be terminated anyway.

Very fast and I was not asked many questions that pertained to the job. I should have been asked if you like being chained to a desk and living in fear of your job every day then this is the job for you.
