One phone screening, which was followed by an in person interview with two team members. The interview was bizarre; they brought me to the cafeteria and we sat at a small round table amongst other people eating lunch. I walked them through my resume, then they spent the rest of the time talking to each other about a conference they would be attending in the future. I never heard back despite following up numerous times.

Over a few months I interviewed with several magazines. I was very junior so I was not chosen several times until my skills and personality finally met with the right team.
