Met with LSM, and then full management team. Very thorough, professional, and pleasant. Took about two weeks all in before I received a verbal offer. From there, there was a background check, then a formal offer came via email.

They wanted to be sure that I was up to the challenge of constant learning. Their digital portfolio is robust, so the landscape changes frequently.
Several interviews including a mock pitch with several members of what would be my team and final interview with the CFO. Took several weeks to finalize the interview process. The most lengthy interview process I have ever been a part of.
