Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 7 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Hearth nel mese di ott 2024
Colloquio
In total, was a 7 week process with 5 rounds, which included a holiday week, so really about a 6 week process. I was told after every round I would get a decision within 24-48 hours, but realistically took them about 5-7 days to get back after each round. After passing the case study interview, I went in for an onsite in the office where I was grilled for about 45 minutes by the CEO, but it seemed to go well. I was told that I would get a response in 1-2 days. A week goes by and I follow up by email, but no response, which I didn't take as a good sign. Finally, almost a week later, I get a generic form rejection letter from a generic recruiting email with no feedback on why I wasn't selected. I think if you ask a candidate to go through your almost 2-month recruitment process, the candidate should at least get some feedback. There should be some humanity in the process and this is not a good sign for anyone trying to find a job here.
Average to below average spoke with CEO, engineering manager, head of operations. Generic behavioral questions. You don't need to really prepare for anything else; it's fairly easy out here. They'll ask you questions like:
- What are you best at?
- What are you worst at?
- Your experience using AI tools
- Have you worked with contractors before?
Nothing much else
