I was initially contacted by the recruitment team through head office, and had an informal phone call with them. Once sorted with a date I attended an interview in person at the relevant service. Questions were asked on the topics of safeguarding, team working, previous care experiences as well as motivation for working at Heathcotes. If successful there, you'll be contacted by the recruitment team after and be offered the role. This is where they will then ask for DBS documents and References in the last 2 years to ensure safety for the residents. Once that is complete they'll provide you with a start date, and you'll begin your induction.
