Your first interview is about an hour and handled with two sections via MS Teams. It’s based around your technical and customer service abilities.
Second interview is very much the same, with more growth questioning, and a tour of the facility. But this one is panel style with their US executive team.
Be warned, someone I know was interviewing at the same time as me, and we were both told “we were top candidates,” and when we both asked after the process if hiring decisions had been made, we were ghosted.
