Initial Phone Screening with HR rep, then a panel interview with the plant manager and the lead engineer. Final interview was in-person, visited the plane and met all of the plant supervisors with a plant tour and offer extension/final interview.
The interview communication was mediocre, time zone mix-ups and multiple reschedules on the company’s end didn’t come across super well.
The in-person tour and interview was great, seemed like a good opportunity but competing offer suited me better.
