I met with the Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager in the conference room. The interview lasted two hours, probably because it went well. I interviewed for one position (Production Manager), but they ultimately decided to hire me for a different position (Maintenance Scheduler/Planner), so many of the questions they asked were for that position. Unfortunately, they did not tell me that I was being interviewed for a position that was different from the one for which I had applied. I know that they knew they would interview me for the other position, because the Assistant Plant Manager had just joined the plant and brought his own guy with him to fill the Production Manager position, the one for which I thought I was interviewing.
